You can do this by heading tothis page on Anker\u2019s websiteand hitting the Next button, which brings up a verification tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Anker says to carefully review the letters and numbers in your serial number, such as \u201c1,\u201d \u201cL,\u201d \u201cl,\u201d \u201c2,\u201d and \u201cZ,\u201d as characters like \u201c0\u201d (zero) and \u201cO\u201d (letter O) are easily confused. It adds that affected serial numbers do not contain the letters \u201cO\u201d or \u201cI.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if my power bank is part of the recall?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Stop using the device immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Submit therecall claim form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Do not dispose of the power bank until your recall eligibility has been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I dispose of it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Take great care in the disposal of the power bank.
